Guadalupe Pineda (February 23, 1955) is a Mexican singer, born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and while studying sociology began his career as a singer, performing in various clubs and cafes topics. In 1984 she recorded the theme Yolanda, aka I Love You, the famous singer Pablo Milanes, which finally launched to the general public, becoming increasingly popular among the new young voices of the song in Mexico.
Possessing a clear and powerful voice, has covered different genres, the bolero and the tango, ranchera song, opera, opera pop latino. His works have been published in record number of countries, some as far away as Japan. Recorded even interesting individuals among whom performed with the popular Argentine singer Mercedes Sosa with item Thanks to Life, but with the Pablo Milanés.
Has toured throughout the United States, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Central and South America, including a presentation at the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires next to Mercedes Sosa in November 2006.
Guadalupe Pineda Sanampay was part of the group that played in the rocks and made solo albums that he produced Carlos Diaz "Caito". In this collaboration, he recorded the song Cenobio Jacinto, which is considered one of his best recordings of Mexican folk music.
